Erin, I'll bet this dress is even better in real life. Some truly smashing frocks just don't photograph well, you know? I agree with the right baubles, shoes, and clutch, you could make an unforgettable impression at the holiday office party. Drink a little too much egg nog and you'll be talk of the party until the 2006 soiree!

Um, sorry, guys, there's a reason it's only $42. Yes, you'd make a statement all right, but...eeeeuuwww. The cut? Lovely. The color and print? ...not so much. Go for something else not-black. This isn't right. Although the accessory suggestions, excellent!
